Aphasia Services for Adults

Our specialized aphasia services are led by Katelyn Eng, M.Sc RSLP(C), CCC-SLP, an experienced SLP dedicated to helping individuals rebuild essential communication skills impacted by stroke and brain injury. Aphasia brings unique and frustrating challenges—difficulty finding words, struggles with reading or writing, and feeling isolated in social settings. With Katelyn’s extensive clinical background from GF Strong’s inpatient and outpatient programs, acute care at Vancouver General Hospital, and medium-to-long-term rehabilitation at Connect Communities in Langley, you’re supported by a professional who understands the complexity of aphasia.

Katelyn has also worked across the Lower Mainland in private practice and with the award-winning Aphasia Center of California, applying evidence-based and compassionate care to each client’s unique needs. She understands that aphasia affects more than just words—it impacts confidence, relationships, and daily living. That’s why our approach focuses on practical, real-world communication strategies to make speaking, understanding, reading, and writing more accessible in everyday situations.

Whether you prefer in-person sessions or online therapy, our tailored support is designed to help you or your loved one regain critical skills and enhance quality of life. Don’t wait—book a consultation call today to learn how we can assist you on the path to meaningful recovery and connection.
